The cost to attend is $500 early/ $600 late (after June 10, 2024) for Secretaries of State, State Government Staff, ACR Members, NPA State Government Members, NASS Corporate Affiliates and Federal Government Staff. The cost for Non-Profit Organizations to attend is $750 per person early/ $850 late (proof of valid non-profit status is required). The cost for Corporate Non-Members to attend is $1400 per person early/ $1500 late. Registration for this event will close on Monday, June 24, 2024, or when registration capacity is fulfilled. On-site registration WILL NOT be available for this event. All event attendees are subject to the event anti-harassment policy and conference waiver of liability. There is no virtual option to attend.

Family Activities:

The NASS rate at the Sheraton Puerto Rico is $229 per night, plus $35 per night destination fee and 11% tax. Please note the $35 per night destination fee will be given as a credit to the Pool Cafe upon check-in. The per night fee displayed in the online booking link includes a $45 destination fee per night, you will be charged $35 per night upon check-in. The rate is guaranteed through Friday, June 21, 2024, or until the room block sells out. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel/travel arrangements. If you would like to make a reservation to include additional nights beyond July 8-12th, please call reservations. Transportation:
The Sheraton Puerto Rico is approximately 7 miles from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Click here for more information on ground transportation from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport. Currently, the only company that offers ride-sharing service in Puerto Rico is UBER. Please arrange your own ground transportation. Valet parking and self-parking are both available at the Sheraton.
Exhibitors:
Exhibit space is only available for current NASS Corporate Affiliates and summer conference sponsors for this event. Exhibit space will be centrally located at the Sheraton Puerto Rico, providing continuous conference traffic adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide a 6' table with tablecloth and two chairs. Registration for exhibit space will be available to NASS Corporate Affiliates and conference sponsors through the online registration system. Space is limited to 30 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Exhibit space for this event is likely to sell-out. The exhibit layout will be distributed after June 22, 2024. The cost to exhibit for Silver-level Corporate Affiliates and sponsors (La Parguera and La Placita levels) is $500.
