About NASS
Founded in 1904, the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) is the nation's oldest, nonpartisan professional organization for public officials. Members include the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and American Samoa. NASS serves as a medium for the exchange of information between states and fosters cooperation in the development of public policy. The association has key initiatives in the areas of elections and voting, state business services, cybersecurity, and archives/records management. NASS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that utilizes its support from corporate affiliates to help further the association's stated mission by funding daily operations, supporting high-caliber programming at NASS conferences, underwriting NASS research, surveys and other educational materials.
NASS holds a winter meeting and a summer meeting each year. These forums for members and staff serve as a place to meet and discuss issues of mutual state concerns, as well as to hear from the nation's leading experts and policymakers. The association's two affiliate groups, the Administrative Codes and Registers (ACR) and Notary Public Administrators (NPA) Sections, also meet in conjunction with regular NASS summer conferences.
NASS Corporate Affiliate Program
The NASS Corporate Affiliate Program is an excellent way to share ideas and build relationships with key state decision makers while supporting the civic mission of the association.
Corporate Affiliate Levels:
Platinum Level................$20,000
Gold Level.......................$10,000
Silver Level.....................$5,000
Corporate affiliates are invoiced in November for the coming year: January 1 - December 31. Payments are prorated for companies that join during the year.
Program Levels
PLATINUM LEVEL: $20,000
Platinum level benefits:
- Four free registrations to each NASS conference
- Complimentary space at the corporate demo/expo at the NASS winter and summer conferences with priority placement
- Conference signs and relevant materials will recognize the company as a Platinum Level Corporate Affiliate
- Invitations to Secretaries/Corporate Affiliates Only events at NASS conferences
- 3-minute promotional video at relevant committee meeting/ workshop one time per year
- Listing in the Corporate Affiliate Roster with company logo on the NASS website, along with contact information and links to the company website
- Complimentary listing for one month on the NASS homepage "Corporate Affiliate Spotlight"
- Opportunity to submit an issue paper for NASS conferences to be distributed to members and posted on the NASS website
GOLD LEVEL: $10,000
Gold level benefits:
- Two free registrations to each NASS conference
- Complimentary space at the corporate demo/expo at the NASS winter and summer conferences with priority placement
- Conference signs and relevant material will recognize the company as a Gold Level Corporate Affiliate
- Complimentary space at the corporate demo/expo at the NASS winter conference
- Invitations to Secretaries/Corporate Affiliate Only events at NASS conferences
- Listing in the Corporate Affiliate Roster with company logo on the NASS website, along with contact information and links to the company website
- Complimentary listing for at least 15 days on the NASS homepage "Corporate Affiliate Spotlight"
- Opportunity to submit an issue paper for NASS conferences to be distributed to members and posted on the NASS website
SILVER LEVEL: $5,000
Silver level benefits:
- One free registration to each NASS conference
- Member-discounted rates for space at the corporate demo/expo at the NASS winter and summer conferences
