Anti-Harassment Policy
The National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) is committed to hosting productive meetings for all participants and guests in a safe environment. NASS will not tolerate harassment, intimidation, hate speech or unacceptable behavior of any kind, particularly during association events.
Organization affiliation will be verified by NASS staff upon event registration. Additionally, individuals are not permitted to record sessions or other interactions at events without prior consent from NASS staff.
NASS reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any incident of harassment or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund. NASS also reserves the right to prohibit future event attendance.
