NASS 2019-2020 Committee Co-Chairs & EIS-GCC Appointments

Washington, D.C. — The National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) is pleased to announce new NASS Committee Co-Chairs and Election Infrastructure Subsector Government Coordinating Council (EIS-GCC) appointments have been made.

The 29 EIS-GCC members, of which 24 are state and local election officials, are working to improve threat information sharing and communications protocols, update an elections-sector specific plan and find resources for state and local election officials.
Other members of the council include individuals from the National Association of State Election Directors, the Election Center, the International Association of Government Officials, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC).
