All conference meetings, breakfasts, lunches and breaks will take place at the Rhode Island Covention Center(One Sabin St., Providence, RI 02903), conveniently located adjacent to the Westin Providence.

Sunday, July 18: NASS conference luncheon featuring Senator Jack Reed, RI and the presentation of the 2010 NASS Freedom Award to Hon. Donetta Davidson
Sunday, July 18: Evening event at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, RI featuring a traditional New England clambake and firworks
Tuesday, July 20: A full day of NASS sessions devoted to the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE). Including MOVE Luncheon featuring Rear Admiral James Wisecup, President, US Naval War College. Please note that if you register for the entire NASS 2010 Summer Conference the MOVE sessions are included in the registration. For those who only want to attend the MOVE sessions there is a one day pass for Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Ground transportation is being provided to conference attendees who are flying to Providence, RI (PVD Airport), provided their flight information during the registration process, and are arriving and/or departing between July 16, 2010 to July 21, 2010 (until 4 PM). Once you arrive at the airport please proceed to the Baggage Claim/ Ground Transportation level and check-in at the RI Welcome Desk.
Saturday, July 17
Golf Outing: Metacomet Country Club boasts a Donald J. Ross signature 18 hole course on 105 acres of rolling hills in East Providence and continues to challenge the most accomplished golfers.
Family Activity: Providence Art & Architecture Walking Tour and visit the Rhode Island School of Design Art Museum, also known as RISD Museum, is Rhode Island's leading museum of fine and decorative art, housing a collection of 84,000 objects of international significance.
Evening Event: NASS Welcome Reception at the Rhode Island Convention Center in the Rotunda.
Sunday, July 18
Family Activity: Visit Roger Williams Park Zoo, our nation's third oldest zoo (opened in 1872), and it is home to approximately 130 species of rare and fascinating animals. Roger Williams Park offers a carousel village, a playground, horse rides, paddle boats, and a planetarium.
Evening Event: Join us on a trip to Fort Adams State Park in Newport, RI to partake in a traditional New England Clambake while experiencing the largest, most historic, coastal fort in the U.S. dating back to 1824. The evening will include tours of the fort, live music and fireworks.
Monday, July 19
Family Activity: Take the Little Italy Tour and stroll through Federal Hill on a guided culinary shoppng tour that includes visiting back room kitchens, Italian pastries and wine tasting. Event is sold out
Evening Event: Visit McCoy Stadium to experience Rhode Island's rich sports culture. In 1981 the Pawtucket Red Sox and the Rochester Red Wings battled it out in the longest game in baseball history, lasting a record 33 innings and taking more than 8 hours over 2 different days to complete. The evening will include a BBQ, tours of the clubhouse museum, and a meeting with player(s).
Tuesday, July 20
Family Activity: Spend the day in Newport, Rhode Island where there is something for everyone to enjoy. You can relax at the beach or stroll through the streets of Newport shopping.
Evening Event: The Rhode Island State House is constructed from white Georgia marble and sits atop Smith Hill in downtown Providence. The evening will begin with a reception in the state house and guided tours. Finally there will be live music and dinner on the state house lawn.

Exhibits along with NASS conference meetings will be at the Rhode Island Covention Center (One Sabin St., Providence, RI 02903), conveniently located adjacent to the Westin Providence. Exhibits will located on the 5th Level West Pre-function area. This space is centrally located and will provide steady traffic from NASS attendees. NASS will provide an approximately 8' x 10' space with a skirted 6' table and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned after June 16, 2010. The cost to exhibit is $500 for NASS Corporate Affiliates and $800 for Corporate Non-Members (registration fees do not include electricity). Space is limited to 20 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
