Introducing the Voternetwork... NASS and partner Tangent Media LLC have launched a 12 state pilot program with this innovative, commercially-sponsored voter outreach program designed to engage eligible voters throughout the U.S. in the voting process. During the first week of April 2010, 1.5 million young adults in 12 states received basic election information with an invitation to join the Voternetwork, either through the U.S. mail or via email. Those who choose to sign up online for the Voternetwork are able to receive nonpartisan election notices and deadline reminders from election offices where they live. Pilot states include: Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington.
